AERIAL YOGA (Intermediate): A fun gravity-defying yoga class practiced on a low-hanging aerial hammock. You will recognize many postures from your regular yoga class as you flow and float through strength, core stability, flexibility and balance-building sequences. The hammock makes inversions more accessible and brings relaxation to a new level.
If you don’t show at the class without any cancellation 24 hours before max, we will charge you the class.
We suggest you to were a tee shirt for this class.
People with certain injuries and medical conditions should avoid aerial yoga or consult a doctor before beginning to practice aerial yoga. Such conditions include, but are not limited to, high or very low blood pressure, recent surgery, glaucoma, recent brain injury, easy onset vertigo and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
As with all exercise, we strongly advise that if you do have a medical condition or injury to consult a doctor before taking an aerial yoga class.
STUDIO BASIC (all levels): A class of Vinyasa yoga, specially formulated to demystify yoga postures. These classes will provide a greater understanding of our style of Vinyasa in order to more easily participate in STUDIO I and LE STUDIO classes. This class is also for people who want to revisit their basic yoga or desiring to go deeper in their postures.
YIN YOGA (all levels): Yin yoga is a great addition to any active practice (yang) of asanas. The postures are held longer and are intended specifically for connective tissue (not muscles). On an energetic level, Yin stimulates the flow of prana (vital energy) in the tissues around the joints, where energy often stagnates.
SLOW STUDIO (all levels +): A class of Vinyasa yoga, specially formulated to demystify yoga postures and make the bridge between Studio Basic and Studio I. The teacher will spend more time on each posture to slowly prepare you to the flow in Studio 1.
PILATES (all levels +): Pilates method is a soft gymnastics of the body that is composed of a set of postural exercices in mouvement. This exercices will definitely help you to improve your Yoga practice!
STUDIO FIT BALLET (all levels +): Get ready to sweat it out in this 60 minute Studio Fit Ballet class. This concept is a full body workout including cardio, conditioning and stretching with a focus on burning optimum calories and having fun simultaneously! We offer ballet and yoga based exercises using mini bands that targets lengthening and toning the entire body in just one hour. With its killer playlist, it makes it easy for anyone to get through any and every class!
STUDIO I (intermediate): A Vinyasa type class, which is a variation more accessible than our signature class LE STUDIO. It is a rhythmic, physically and mentally challenging Vinyasa type class. Enjoy your favorite postures and new discoveries the sequence will take you through.
HONEY STUDIO I (intermediate): 60 minutes STUDIO 1 followed by 30 minutes of YIN…. simply delicious!
ELASTICS STUDIO (intermediate): Be curious exploring the asanas and their transitions in a new way. The elastics studio aims to improve your proprioception, increase your muscle strength and develop your joint stability. Expect to use elastic bands in different shapes and sizes. The elastics’ resistance will help you develop string joints and fine-tune your body’s special perception. It’s your yoga class with more resistance, where you’ll work hard exploring movement and building new foundations.
STUDIO FIT (intermediate): The Studio FIT class is high-intensity interval training using your body weight and various props, including elastics and free weights. This well-rounded work out will help you gain strength, increase your muscle and cardiovascular endurance, and improve your stability and alignment. An excellent complement to your yoga practice! Without Shoes but with a Yoga Mat!
L’ULTIME (intermediate): The Ultimate Studio is a mix of cardio, muscle toning, breath work, music and intensity. With repetitive mouvements, the inner fire is awaken to liberate and transform internal tensions, bring clarity to the mind and access the powerful vitality of the body. All with added moments of pauses to take the time to consciously feel and be present to the body’s sensations.
LE STUDIO (intermediate +): Our signature class is a Vinyasa type class emphasizing rhythm, creativity, and alignment. The sequences are innovative and well thought-out.
HONEY LE STUDIO (intermediate +): One hour of our signature vinyasa class followed by 30 minutes of Yin and\or restorative yoga . The sequences are innovative and well thought-out… it tastes like honey!
ASHTANGA (intermediate +): Based mostly on the Ashtanga yoga’s Primary series,( sometimes elements of the intermediate series)this class will explore this traditional vinyasa system and its variations. Open to all levels however some yoga experience is advised.
MASTER STUDIO (advanced):
A step in deeper waters. Inspired from LE STUDIO. It is a Vinyasa based class with a workshop feel that focuses on specific topics that are explored in depth. Perfect for advanced students, teachers and those simply wanting to work in a deeper way.
STUDIO I Community class (intermediate): STUDIO I classes offered at 10$ (5$ for students) expanding yoga’s accessibility to the community.

True North Insight offers meditation teachings in a calm and inclusive environment. Teachings give the possibility to wake up to life, to liberate from greed and aversion along with other false beliefs, so that one can cultivate a life of calmness and gentleness. The deep realizations that come from this construct a way to face adversity with clarity of mind and compassion. The sessions include meditation instructions, guided meditations and teachings of Buddhist wisdom.
