This program has been created to serve the needs of the ever-expanding yoga community in Montreal and beyond. Terri and Jill, each with 10+ years of instruction experience, along with a team of specialists, will offer continuing education for instructors having already completed a 200 or 300 hour teacher training program and/or have been teaching for a minimum of 6 months.
This training is designed for teachers who want to continue learning or who may want to transition to Vinyasa style classes. It is a rigorous, practice-based training that will prepare you to teach the creative and intelligent style of ‘’Le studio’’.
The daily schedule will include personal practice, sequence creation and coaching, daily philosophical discussions, pranayama, and workshops with guest teachers who are experts in their field.

- Precise and Accurate Cueing
- The Le Studio Vinyasa Method

- Business of Yoga
15 hrs – class/practice sequencing & themes
10 hrs – Asana progression & advanced cueing

5 hrs – Anatomy/kinesiology
8 – hrs – Philosophy
5 hrs – Sanskrit & mantra
3 hrs – Restorative
2.5 hrs – meditation
2.5 hrs – Pranayama
2 hrs – Ethics, privilege & oppression
2 hrs – business & taxes
The group will have a maximum of 24 participants to ensure a feeling of intimacy with the instructors.
There will be a pre-training component of approximately 20 hours before the on-site training begins. There will also be a post-training component available in the form of mentoring from Jill and Terri.
This program is a culmination of years of instruction and trainings. The hopes is to maintain a safe and smart vinyasa teaching community, while still inspiring and growing together.
The program will be about 25% french. Not fully bilingual, yet accessible for those who read in english and have a good understanding of yoga topics in english.
